This page explains what information OneAccord LLC (“OneAccord,” “we,” “us”) collects on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. This site exists for one purpose: letting business owners request a Business Transition Strategy Session with us.
Information you give us
If you submit the booking form, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email address, phone number, company name, and annual revenue range. We use them to respond to your request, schedule your session, and follow up about it. Submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system (Zoho CRM).
Information collected automatically
When you arrive from an advertisement, we record campaign parameters attached to the link (such as the campaign name, traffic source, and advertising click identifiers), the referring page, and the time of your visit. If you submit the form, this is stored with your request so we know how you found us.
Cookies and advertising measurement
This site uses advertising and analytics tags from Google (including Google Analytics), Meta (Facebook), and LinkedIn. These set cookies that help us measure which advertisements lead to session requests and to reach people with relevant advertising. When you submit the form, we may share a securely hashed (unreadable) version of your email address and phone number with Google and Meta to improve conversion measurement — the raw values are not shared for this purpose.
You can control advertising personalization through the platforms directly: Google Ads Settings, Meta Ad Preferences, and LinkedIn Ad Settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.
Visitor identification
This site also uses a visitor identification service (Claydar) that uses cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies — and may use information you enter on this site — to help us recognize which companies and business contacts are visiting, so we can follow up appropriately. To opt out of this processing, email info@oneaccord.co.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use a small number of vendors to operate this site and respond to requests: Vercel (website hosting), Zoho (customer relationship management), Claydar (visitor identification), and the advertising platforms named above (measurement). Each receives only what it needs for that function.
Retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain our business relationship, and as required for legal and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time — email info@oneaccord.co and we will act on the request. Where state privacy laws (such as those of California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Texas, and Washington) grant you additional rights, we honor them; use the same contact.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
